Responsibilities:

• Accurately document patient visits in real-time
• Assist healthcare providers with charting and medical record documentation
• Ensure all patient information is accurately recorded and updated
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and other team members
• Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Medical Scribe preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
